Through no fault of their own, at the Heart Institute, & circumstances my original appointment needed to be in November of 2025. It was delayed. I missed my appointment due to a problem with my foot and it took me too long to deal with it on the day of my appointment and the parking lot was full so I had to wait for a spot to clear. I was glad when I was able to see my provider so I could find out if my heart was still in good condition. It is. My medications were updated and I will take an Eco gram in about 3 months to look at the heart. It feels like it is more specific and diagnostic and this will give me more information or confirm that everything is ok.

She was informative, caring and would explain things I didn't understand.. Shemade sure I was informed before changing and adding new meds, and was patient with all my questions and explained the answers to me until I understood.... Shewas kind and empathetic.

I went to Ungent Care for an I jury. The receptionist was gracious and helpful. The nurse was professional and very helpful and the physician was great. The care and treatment were outstanding. I know they are pressed for time because there are other patients waiting, even though their time is a premium they still privide a level if service that is outstanding.
