This was my second office visit with Dr. Jones. I am very pleased I am under his care.

The care I'm receiving is professional and very informative to my needs and questions.

This was my.1st. Appointment with Dr Jones. Found him easy to visit with, answered all my questions and will look forward to seeing him in the future.

This was a yearly check up that is always scheduled in a timely manner. It went well!

Dr. Jones correctly suggested to get my procedure done as soon as possible, and had his assistant help us get an appointment at the Spokane Heart Institute in a week due to a cancellation.

Didn't really get some of the questions but did my best as Id not seen this provider before but he was very knowledgeable and has ample feedback for every concern abs honestly that sadly seems fleeting in today's world. I really liked his demeanor and was very respectful and with a very complete knowledge that after seeing 4 heart doctors before none even vane close and those didn't seem to wanna dive into finding the real cause of my issues In facing. I'm getting confident in whatever he says and has me set up for several tests and again unlike all the others that seemed to shrigg at what I was telling them. Thanks and Id have given even higher remarks but I'm not al one who simply gives a great rating out the gate but so far I'm very happy I seeked him out. Thx! Onwards to solutions we hopefully go.

Dr. Jones is unimaginative, lazy, and condescending. He does not thoroughly review records before visiting with a patient. He makes assumptions and is dismissive of serious, life interfering symptoms if the patient is young and looks otherwise healthy. He does not listen, he's rude, and he doesn't know his area of supposed expertise as well as he should or as well as he thinks he does. I would not recommend him to anyone and I won't be returning to his care.

I have a rather unusual issue with my pacemaker and this was the first time I have seen Dr Jones. He took the time to review my chart before coming in to see me. He also called and talked to my EP in Spokane to discuss my situation while he was meeting with me. Much appreciated!

The Dr. Did not seem to interested in my concerns and only offered to refer me to another Doctor's office. Did not do any real checking of my condition. Less than 15 minutes to do evaluation.

I didn't think he took the time to fully go over my care. I had to ask if I needed an echo , he barely listened to my heart & said see yu in 6 months. He was at least 45 min with another patient so was al.ost an hour before I was seen. I felt he was just rushing me out there

Jones needs to listen to what is said and not give answer's like I think this is what is going on. I would rather have a answer that I don't know. But we can check into it more or send you to someone who would know. He had my records in front of him and didn't know why I was there.
