Very informative appointment.

Heart clinic is very hard to reach by phone. Thanks to the doctor for being kind to my partner who talks constantly.

I saw him for cardiac issues and he was very good.I really like him

Dr Howard is my cardiologist. I see him because I had TAVAR surgery and have a pacemaker. I also have a personal physician I see every 3 months for diabetes care. I see Dr Howard once a year unless I'm having a problem.

Last appointment for follow up post echocardiogram results and new blood thinning RX. Listened to providers' recommendations; to see him in a year. I felt my atrial fibrillation is being managed very well and will continue with Dr Howard for my continued care and treatment.

This appointment was an after hospital visit. I had a heart valve replacement and a bypass.

This was a get acquainted appointment one I consider it to be successful.

I don't have much to add. I have an on going heart condition and Dr Howard has been helpful getting me to deal with and understand my symptoms and .by ordering diagnostic testing on a regular basis.

Really like Dr. Howard, very up to date on medical issues. Gives me ideas how to improve my health. Listens to my concerns and suggest possible changes in my living habits.
