Last appointment for follow up post echocardiogram results and new blood thinning RX. Listened to providers' recommendations; to see him in a year. I felt my atrial fibrillation is being managed very well and will continue with Dr Howard for my continued care and treatment.

I don't have much to add. I have an on going heart condition and Dr Howard has been helpful getting me to deal with and understand my symptoms and .by ordering diagnostic testing on a regular basis.
