When I began this journey, 3 months ago, I was concerned because one of my doctors did not seem engaged, and my condition was serious. When I mentioned this to my primary provider, she listened carefully, proposed helpful referrals and actions, along with the regular care she was giving me. These were highly effective, and I found that my providers listened carefully, responded to the concerns I had, and answered all my questions. I felt that the care I was receiving was better because they were paying attention and following through.

Dr. Joshi is an extremely competent physician. I'm extremely grateful that we were able to obtain his help and care to help with my heart problems.

I was very impressed with Dr Joshi. He was very thoroughl answered all my questions and concerns.

Dr. Joshi didn't seem to get what I was concerned about, and instead acted like I was challenging his diagnosis by getting defensive. I look forward to having my cardiologist review the findings and explain in a way I understand.

I know if I am ever in need of care from him or his staff that they will be there for me. I have told my PCP that she should always consider referring her patients with cardiac needs to him and the Providence Cardiac group.

Extremely caring even calling back in late evenings

He was professional and personable, first timing meeting after TEE so its to be expected he does not know my full health/cardiology hx, however he listened to my concerns and answers and my hx I shared as we all whom my cardio provider is, etc.

All my Drs are new to me in the last three months. All are terrific and I finally feel heard.

All experiences have been good so far. We have had to wait for the doctor several times lately more than 20 minutes.

I was provided great care. There was a malfunction in my pacemaker leads and the doctor corrected it.

No bad experiences. Care provider seems overwhelmed by patient load and unable to take time needed to address details.

Dr Joshi performed an ablation procedure on my heart about 18 months ago and the results have really improved my life. I'm extremely grateful for Dr. Joshi's skills and competence.

I really appreciate that this whole care group has always been ready to answer my questions and seek to answer me in a way easily understood. I do recommend Providence Cardiology group to friends and people I meet asking who I go to and if they are knowledgeable. I'm happy that whatever my cardiac needs are that I can send a question to the team and get an answer in a relatively short time.
