Staff at checkin was beyond expectations be kind, courteous, knowledgeable and even apologizing for computer system problems they were not responsible for. I do not have enough words of appreciation and praise to celebrate Dr. Curtis. His knowledge, kindness and direct approach is extremely appreciated by myself and husband.

Was able to schedule all three appointments for one day to make it easier for me to get to Spokane.

He explained things well and ask for my opinions. Even though he was a little late there was always someone checking in with me. It wasn't like they just put you In s room and forgot about you.

Dr. Curtis was running late due to unforseen circumstances so there was a long wait in the exam room (about 45 minutes). However the nurse came to explain the tardiness and ask if I needed anything. Even running late, and realizing he had other patients to see, Dr. Curtis still took the necessary time to speak with me in detail about my health.

Travel from NY specifically for these providers. All expectations exceeded, all aspects. The entire Providence organization provided a seamless, informative, pleasant experience. On a scale of 10 (your survey rating scoring), you get a 10. Thank you.
