Cheryl was kind, helpful, and concerned. I much appreciated what she had to say and how she treated the purpose of my appointment.

This specific provider did not ask if I had any questions at the end of the appointment. She left the room to make sure I could get a follow-up appointment. She apparently sent a colleague, whom she did not introduce and I had never met, to finish the appointment.

Cheryl Reeves was very kind, concerned, and personable. I realize many providers are concerned when patients like me do not take a statin or do not take vaccines, but truly my care should not be determined through that lens. I am not a one size fits all and I expect my care to be based on my individuality. To not do a blood test because I don't take a statin so why bother is concerning.

My caregiver took time to listen and review my history. As busy as I know she is, I didn't feel as though she was rushing me.
