Excellent care

I was very satisfied with this visit.

The care provider, and whole team are great once you get in to see them. It's the phone system, and scheduling, that is providences issues. I spent a whole week on my hour long lunch breaks to try to get an appointment. Never got a live peron. If I hadnt messaged someone on my care team on mychart to get an appointment, I most likely would still be on hold.Fix the phone system, and staffing issues for the phones.

ARNP Jennifer Stephan was very personable, thorough, and professional.

I have had no bad experiences with my heart doctors. They've all been kind, polite, courteous, informational, and caring.

Jennifer is the best. She listens and gives you plenty of her time.

She was very attentive, listened to my concerns & had great suggestions for helpful things to do to stay healthy.

Jenny was so sweet and genuinely concerned about how I am doing. She remembered me from the time she saw me during my stay for my TAVR a year ago. She helped me with all my questions and addressed my problem with one of my meds. We even discussed my anxiety over my dog and her medical issue. It helped to talk. Jenny was wonderful.

I found Jennefer extremely helpful in making a major decision about which I was hesitant: to drop warfarin, which was a tremendous relief, including having to be tested once a week, which was excessive, and switching to Xarelto, which has been an Improvement far beyond my expectations.

I brought up something I was interested in and she took extra time to investigate it.

The nurse practitioner, Jennifer Steffan, did a terrific job reviewing my medical history, advising me concerning my condition, and explaining the issues with which I had concern. She was both knowledgeable and pleasant during my visit. It was so encouraging to have someone with her expertise and demeanor.

Jennifer Steffan is the ideal combination of technical expertise and empathic care. It's a pleasure to meet with her because she listens intently, and responds from experiential as well as educational knowledge. I have seen Jennifer on several occasions for my cardiac care and find her to be both professional and down-to-earth. It is regrettable that all providers are not similarly able to translate the enormous amount of education they've received into practical and personalized treatment options for the individual sitting in front of them. Jennifer brings some unique qualities to the exam room and it makes for an unusually helpful experience. I would recommend this office, but particularly I would recommend this provider, to family and friends.

Jennifer didn't have my most recent blood results because they disappeared from MyChart, but I thought ahead and brought them from my provider.

Good response to be on time for the scheduled appointment. The assistant was pleasant and ask questions, weighed me, took blood pressure etc. I was seen and had pleasant conversation with Nurse practitioner, Jennifer Stefan. She asked how I felt since the TAVR. It was a great conversation. I would recommend this practice highly. Good experience with this provider.

She answered my questions, went over my medicines, made changes to these to afford me a positive result. I really felt she understood my current life, not all medical. A variety of suggestions were provided for me outside the medical aspect. I wanted to adopt both ARNP Stefan and her nurse.

I have no complaints.
