Dr. Hardwood explained things in an easy, understandable way. His drawing was helpful as well. He helped me (POA for patient) to make a decision since the patient was unable to make the decision herself. He gave alternatives and answered all my questions.

Somehow I was not notified of my annual appointment, and when I caught it, it was 5 months before I was able to see my provider. Dr. Harwood and his team are great, but I will need to start calling for my appointment 3 or 4 months early.

Dr. Harwood is very caring and concerned about my care. This follow-up visit to my A-Fib episodes was a concern. After discussing my medications, supplements and lifestyle, he realized it was better to wait to see my progress in 6 months. He did listen to me regarding new meds, etc. Very pleased with this visit.

Establishing a new doctor relationship Is an ongoing endeavor. Dr. Harwood took the time to explain to me my condition and subsequent treatments better than any doctor so far. Not only was I pleased, but look forward to being a patient of said doctor!

Dr Harwood quickly got to the crux of my heart issues. He is brilliant. He and his team even took me in early for the appointment when we arrived early from out of town.
