Very good experience

I was sen for a cardiac ablation and Dr Harwood was the epitome of respect, courtesy, concern and professionalism. He laid out all the options available as to me and then explained them all thoroughly. After the visit his nurse was so helpful and polite, I believe her name was Lelani. It was a great first appointment and I look forward to the care he will provide me.

Dr. Hardwood described the Watchman process in clear terminology. He. Informed me of the fact that my heart is in constant a fib and the danger of stroke. This honesty was useful in my decision to agree to his recommendation for him to insert a Watchnan in my heart's atrial appendage.

They are remodeling and l had become confused finding my way to the office and one of the receptionist actually walked me to the exit. They were all wonderful.

Dr. Hardwood explained things in an easy, understandable way. His drawing was helpful as well. He helped me (POA for patient) to make a decision since the patient was unable to make the decision herself. He gave alternatives and answered all my questions.

Somehow I was not notified of my annual appointment, and when I caught it, it was 5 months before I was able to see my provider. Dr. Harwood and his team are great, but I will need to start calling for my appointment 3 or 4 months early.
