Alida Narguizian, RD, CDE is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with Facey Medical Foundation in Los Angeles, CA. Alida is passionate about educating and supporting patients on their journeys to achieving better health through sensible nutrition and physical activity. Her philosophy aligns with Hippocrates’ philosophy to “let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”

Alida has practiced in a variety of healthcare settings and is an expert in nutritionin pregnancy, early childhood, adolescent and family nutrition and diabetes prevention and management. She is committed to promoting healthy lifestyle practices through dispelling myths about nutrition and focusing on how inner health brings outer beauty, which can present itself in all different shapes and sizes.
