Hi there! I am a Portuguese/American person, and I have lived in many different countries. Fun fact about me: I love a good adventure! Throughout my journey, I've come to realize the incredible power of having support in our lives. Whether it comes from family, friends, or sometimes even a caring stranger, that support can make all the difference. As a certified birth doula, I am passionate about guiding families through the profound experience of childbirth. This role inspires me to continually seek knowledge so I can offer the most compassionate and informed support possible. I believe every birth is a unique story waiting to unfold, and my mission is to empower birthing parents and their families to embrace this path with confidence and peace.
