Jane'la Stone

Born and raised in the heart of northeast Portland, Or with maternal roots tracing back to one of the first cities in Oregon, Vanport. I strongly believe ancestral roots play an important role in everyone's truth/existence, and as a birth worker I take a holistic, authentic, soulful, strength-based and trauma-informed approach. Leading with emotional intelligence, ancient wisdom, undivided attention, a nurturing touch, grounded energy, deep empathy, and love. With over 10 years of experience in the caregiving field, I am compassionate about walking alongside people who come from all walks of life during their most vulnerable phases and do so with a deep sense of understanding while providing selfless and wholesome support. To add, I am a devoted advocate for holistic wellness using yoga, breathwork, herbalism and sound healing as tools to assist myself as well as others along a healing journey with having guided the collective in restorative yoga as well as sound healing circles promoting rest, ease, self-love and togetherness. I strongly believe that during all walks of life a person's sense of autonomy as well as mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health should be taken into account at all costs. Being a birth worker is more than just a title and/or career choice; it is my souls calling.
