Martha N. T. Tomas Sierra, Doula

Hello! My name is Martha Tomas, I am a certified Birth Doula and BLS Provider. I speak both English and Spanish, as well as the Spanish dialect Mixteco. From a young age, I learned to be a compassionate person who cares about her community. Coming from a family of six siblings, providing support to those around me has become second nature. Over the last couple of years, I have helped mothers with the care of their autistic children. Which led me to gain experience in message therapy, but I have decided my help needs to be greater than that. After witnessing the birth of my own grandchild, I was left amazed by the team of nurses that helped deliver her into this world. I believe that everyone should have a positive experience in this vulnerable time, and I want to be a part of the team that assists during this beautiful process. Regardless of past experiences, I am here to lend a hand to all expecting mothers and provide any and all support they might need.
