That is why I am a doula, to help you prepare and be ready for this new journey of yours. Let me start by saying I’m a loving mother of three, so as you can imagine, I have a bit of experience. As beautiful and loving as these moments are to introduce your new child into the world, no mother should go through that alone, scared, nervous, or uneasy. For this is a beautiful moment to cherish.
