About Tamarra Ragland
Hi, I'm Tamarra, a State certified Doula with a focus on Birth and Postpartum. I've had the pleasure of serving the Portland and Los Angeles communities for the last 9 years. Coming from a large family and then later having two children of my own; I've been around birth and children my whole life. Childbirth can take a toll on you, both physically and mentally. By having a doula there can settle unease, stress and answer your questions. My main focus as your doula is to support you throughout the labor process. I am White/Indigenous Mexican. I speak English and basic level of Spanish.
