It took nearly 6 mos to schedule an appt. If I hadn't kept calling to see if there was a cancellation in her schedule I'd still be waiting. Dr was worth the wait she answered nearly my questions.

I felt like she (the provider) was in a rush to get my appointment over with and didn't want to hear anything I had to say or listen to any questions I had. She did order labs and come up with a plan for me, but it was only after I had to interrupt her a few times to correct what she assumed or to ask for things in the plan we came up with.

The provider provided excellent service. The only negative experience was the long wait time to establish care with her. I believe it took several months before I could see her.

Dr. Kumar was prepared with my husband's and my records before our visit so she was not just reading through it during the visit which was impressive. She has a way of making one very comfortable as soon as she enters the room. Also, her knowledge and clear explanations and answers were so helpful. We were so impressed, and will recomend her services to others including our local heathcare providers in Walla Walla and College Place. Dr. Kumar was such a delight and so professional. What a gift!

Dr. Monisha Kumar, and other Kadlec staff, receive high marks for the exemplary service they provide. Kumar is a caring professional, who listens well and provides important information on diagnoses and treatment options. The multi-year complications from Graves' disease (Graves' Orbitopathy and osteoporosis) have been quite challenging and I am most fortunate that Kumar has been there for me. (Note. In the survey, I treat e-mail messages as the same as phone calls. Kumar, and support staff, always promptly response to my e-mails. This is a great benefit to me.)

It seamed she was in. Hurry.only spent a few minutes with me. Didn't really answer my concerns about medications I take was very short with some answer's she gave me..
