Dr. Shirvanian has my diabetes under control - better than it's been in years. She has also given me great care for my other issues.

Dr. Shirvanian is the only primary care physician I've had who feels like she genuinely cares for her patients. I'm usually anxious about doctor appt, but not with her.

Every time I visit Dr. Shirvanian at Facey Medical center it is a complete joy to see both her medical assistant and her. Always can talk to her about anything and she will immediately follow up with whatever medical assistance or referrals are needed.

My primary, Dr Shirvanian, is the best primary doctor I have had in many years!!! She responds to messages, she listens well when I have a medical issue, she really takes everything going on with me into account and helps me solve the issues. One time, I had come to see her about feeling very rundown. She asks me to get blood tests done. Later that day, when I got out of teaching my class, it was Dr Shirvanian calling me personally after hours, advising me to go straight to the ER, as my kidneys were in trouble. I trust her which is so important for me!

Ive been going to Dr. Shirvanian for 5 years and I have felt comfortable discussing the challenges I face in my day to day life as I try to be in good health. I feel listened to, and cared about, by someone who can relate to the physical effects of not finding a good work/life balance.

Smart and caring

My only complaint was that I was going to get an additional blood test after seeing my doctor and it was not made clear to me that I needed to check back in at the front desk. Therefore, I sat for an extra 15 to 20 minutes unnecessarily, when many other people were going back into the lab for their blood test, etc.It's important that the PA or whomever else make that perfectly clear. Otherwise, everything was great.

The doctor was great. She listened to concerns about my blood pressure and prescribed medication that is already starting to work on lowering it.

I like Dr Shirvanian. My only complaint after my annual bloodwork is that I still have not received a note from her with her feedback, which she normally provides pretty quickly. Hopefully she is ok.
