Jacqueline was very kind and patient with me. She listened to my concerns and did not look down on me for my fears. She eased my mind and listened as well as actually heard what I was saying. She took my concerns into consideration when sending referrals to other departments. I actually felt listened to and heard for the first time when visiting a health care provider. She is an excellent addition to your staff and will definitely schedule with her again if none of the doctors are available for routine appointments.

The care provider was kind and attentive and explained each exam step well. However, a few of my concerns were not addressed in much detail; I will schedule a follow-up visit with my primary care physician.

Every time I go for a visit and have to talk to the dr. Is perfect they explain everything so o can understand and they help me with what I can do and not do.
