While Taline was clearly prepared going into our appointment and even had an assistant on standby to help with a swab, her hurried manner and explanations made it difficult to feel at ease at any point during our appointment together. She was clearly very well-intentioned but ended up being pretty rough when handling sensitive areas during a physical exam, and ended up hurrying through an explanation that didn't really address my concerns in a way that inspired much confidence. All in all, I appreciate my experiences at Providence but will stick with my doctor if at all possible in the future.

The nurse who took my vitals was extremely friendly and nice. The PA was also great. I would rather see her than most doctors as I feel the PA's do a better job. I would highly recommend her and would be happy to see her again.

Taline is always upbeat, straightforward and clear about taking care of the issues I'm in for. She is not passive in treating ailments and makes sure to give me specific timelines about when to expect to feel better and what to do if I don't - ie. If you don't feel better by Saturday, since it's the weekend, do x y z bc w you'll still be in the window for xyz meds to work properly. I appreciate her care and manner and would recommend her as a provider to anyone.

Receptionist, clerks wre extremely helpful and caring. PA Krikorian was amazing; she took time, she understood my concerns. She amazingly provided excellent recommendations that wre spot on. Her referrals were timely, her communication of results was outstanding!!

Both exceeded my expectations. The Medical Assistant immediately introduced herself as soon as she opened the door. Reduced my blood pressure. The PA was adept at asking questions and checking for a diagnosis and subsequent treatment. She further addressed medication issues related to my kidneys to ensure safety. Excellent experience.

I appreciate each step. I was able to get a same day appt. I was able to precheck in, which made the arrival experience seamless. Didn't have to wait more than 5 mins once I checked in. Dr showed up right after the Nurse get the standard vitals. Dr was very easy to talk to. All aroundfantastic!

Everyone at Facey has always been very courteous to me from the front desk to NPs and the doctors. I was able to schedule a same-day appointment for an issue I was having and received advice and help right away. The receptionist scheduled me with an NP that I had not seen before but she was professional and kind and went over my options for next steps very clearly. She also put a referral in for me right away.

Dr Talin was attentive, listened to me and helped me resolve my concerns. She called me as soon as my test results were available and explained everything to me.

Everything was just fine!
