I have always been treated with courtesy and kindness by everyone at Facey Burbank.I have never seen any patient treated otherwise. The entire staff from check in, labs, MA's to Physicians, everyone is professional and display confidence which is reassuring.

This provider was overall attentive & listened well to my concerns. She was as honest as she needed to be about my low chances of obtaining a sleep study & recommended resolutions for me to obtain one. The Only thing that didn't sit well with me is that I told her I didn't want any more medications, but I was still given a prescription at the end of the visit, which I won't pick up & I see as a waste on her end & the pharmacy's end to have to prepare it.

I needed a referral to an orthopedist and while my regular PCP was not available - everything went smoothly.

She was exceptional and very thorough. I really appreciated it.

Provider was good but anxious to meet with the Doctor. I thought the assistant was good but I prefer seeing the doctor who my daughter recommended highly. I want that doctor.patient contact but Krikorian was good in getting me started on my journey.

Taline Kirkorian was excellent. She listened to me, ordered tests, asked questions, gave medical advice, ordered a prescription and was thorough and caring and friendly. I felt totally and thoroughly cared for. 10/10. She is the best!

Taline is an amazing PA. She gives a lot of time, answers all questions and is very thorough in her exam. She is calm and has a great bedside manner.

While Taline was clearly prepared going into our appointment and even had an assistant on standby to help with a swab, her hurried manner and explanations made it difficult to feel at ease at any point during our appointment together. She was clearly very well-intentioned but ended up being pretty rough when handling sensitive areas during a physical exam, and ended up hurrying through an explanation that didn't really address my concerns in a way that inspired much confidence. All in all, I appreciate my experiences at Providence but will stick with my doctor if at all possible in the future.

This was the first time I met with Taline and I was very impressed with how great and interested she was in getting to the root of my issue.

Ms. Krikorian was very caring, knowledgeable and professional.

The nurse who took my vitals was extremely friendly and nice. The PA was also great. I would rather see her than most doctors as I feel the PA's do a better job. I would highly recommend her and would be happy to see her again.

Taline is always upbeat, straightforward and clear about taking care of the issues I'm in for. She is not passive in treating ailments and makes sure to give me specific timelines about when to expect to feel better and what to do if I don't - ie. If you don't feel better by Saturday, since it's the weekend, do x y z bc w you'll still be in the window for xyz meds to work properly. I appreciate her care and manner and would recommend her as a provider to anyone.

Receptionist, clerks wre extremely helpful and caring. PA Krikorian was amazing; she took time, she understood my concerns. She amazingly provided excellent recommendations that wre spot on. Her referrals were timely, her communication of results was outstanding!!

Both the medical assistant and the PA were beyond professional, displayed their expertise and thoroughness. I am profoundly grateful and appreciative of excellent medical attention. Both exceeded my expectations. The Medical Assistant immediately introduced herself as soon as she opened the door. Reduced my blood pressure. The PA was adept at asking questions and checking for a diagnosis and subsequent treatment. She further addressed medication issues related to my kidneys to ensure safety. Excellent experience.

I appreciate each step. I was able to get a same day appt. I was able to precheck in, which made the arrival experience seamless. Didn't have to wait more than 5 mins once I checked in. Dr showed up right after the Nurse get the standard vitals. Dr was very easy to talk to. All aroundfantastic!
