Dr Williams brightens the patients day. The office needs some improved procedures for paperwork pick up. I experienced great service from one clerk and attitude from the "paperwork" person. Not sure if it was a moment or the personality.

I gave them an 8 only because there is always room for improvement. Dr. Williams is an excellent provider. I used to work in the medical field so I have seen many providers actually practice. Most appointments that I have seen have been heavy on time with the Medical Assistant/Nurse and maybe 2 minutes with the actual provider. This was the opposite. Dr. Williams spent a lot of time with me to fully go over all my concerns. He provided great advice and made me feel at ease the entire visit. It is not an exaggeration to say that my visit with him was the best Primary Care Visit I've ever had. Keep up the great work!
