I really like Dr. Koula. I appreciate her bedside manner. How up to speed she is on my health history. And I feel she listens to me. And when I have a question she always responds to my MyChart messages.

I love that my provider takes the time to understand my concerns and not make me feel like they are redundant or unimportant.

Dr Mallory K listened carefully to what I was trying to explain about how I was feeling. She asked me lots of questions and then ordered bloodwork so that she could pinpoint what was wrong with me and why I was feeling so poorly. After the blood test were completed she got a hold of me to let me know what the test showed and got me on medication right away.

Dr Mallory Koula is an exemplary physician. At 73yrs I have had numerous highly qualified physicians as part of my health care team over the years and she is the best.

I was establishing care with a new provider within the Providence system. I appreciated that my medical history and notes could transfer over easily from my previous provider and I could tell that my new provider took the time to quickly review my history prior to our meeting.

I could not hear well. The team addressed my concern and irrigated a large amount of cerumen from both ears. This improved my hearing immediately.

Dr Koula seems to believe that I truly have a problem and referred me to appropriate specialists which didn't seem to be overly concerned.

I think Dr Koula is keeping careful track of my diabetes and and any other health concerns.

I arrived quite early for reasons related to transportation and let the office know I had no expectations to be seen early. However, the care team did bring me back within minutes of my early arrival. I thought this was above and beyond what was necessary. I have always loved my care team at Grant Creek!

Dr. Koula has helped me heal post chemo. She has even had the office do casework for me because I can't get help anywhere else. She is a good person who really cares.

Dr Koula was very knowledgeable about women's health and took the time to hear my concerns, answered alll my questions and identified next steps. Providence is fortunate to have providers like her. Also, it was a virtual visit, this survey assumes I saw a clerk or patient rep, NA should be an option or you can see it was virtual and remove those questions

My only concern is that last October I needed to find a new general practitioner because my GP was moving away. The first appointment I could get at this office with my new doctor was in March, five months later. The actual "new patient visit" with this doctor and the later visit with Dr Koula were excellent.

Some of these questions did not pertain to me as this was my initial visit with Dr. Koule. My first experience with scheduling was lackluster as after being on her schedule for January I received a brisk call from your clinic saying that I would have to wait until April. It took a follow up by your offfice manager to clear this up. My visit with Dr Koule was lovely. This was a meet and greet to see if the 2 of us were a match. I now consider her my allopathic Dr.
