I tripped and fell entering the clinic for my appointment. Help was immediate by staff and a nurse. My provider's nurse provided almost immediate response and care. My provider provided follow-up care during my appointment.

The experience was what I fully expected in this modern and busy world. With the advent of technology it is acceptable. I cannot criticize any individual in any way hence I was fully satisfied thank you.

She is great...caring and knowledgeable..

I found Meredith Ryan to be very competent and professional. I plan on seeing her as long as she stays with Providence and is in the area. My issue with my care from Providence has nothing to do with Meredith. It seems that Providence has had a large amount of turnover with PA's and doctors. This issue has caused my regular healthcare visits to be postponed to the point that I can't attend my yearly wellness check in a timely manner. I should have had my wellness check In Oct. But wasn't able to get in until late this month.

I find the care at Providence to be as expected, excellent.

I see Meredith for my annual exam and infrequently between. She is wonderful, keeping apprised of my medical history, etc. She is efficient, caring, and a good communicator. Only trouble can be getting an appt as she is usually booked out. Please do what you can to retain this talented PA-C as a provider with Providence!
