New PCP, very professional and nice

DR. Matz is a wealth of information. He explained everything very thoroughly. Very friendly and personable. Admin staff are wonderful. Was on the phone with one of them while another called as well. Definitely got everything covered! Thanks to all!

I was in need of a primary care physician as mine had retired several years ago. I searched online and chose to schedule an appointment with Dr. Matt. The experience was overwhelmingly positive. The staff was friendly, attentive and professional. Several blood tests were recommended. I have "hidden" veins that can be felt but not seen. The first nurse or pa called on another to draw blood, she hit the vein on her first try. I was in the waiting room maybe 5 minutes and was taken to a room and was seen by a nurse in under 5 minutes and by Dr. Matz almost immediately. He was energetic, enthusiastic and obviously passionate about providing excellent Healthcare. He was attentive, listened to my concerns, and explained the tests he was recommending in layman's terms exceptionally well. This was easily the best experience I have ever had in a Dr's office and I am absolutely thrilled I have found such a wonderful health care provider with the entire Providence team and feel choosing Dr. Matz is the best decision I have ever made pertaining to my health. I have rarely seen a physician over the years and feel enthusiastic about improving my health with the advice and direction of Dr. Matz and the entire Providence team. Finding a primary care physician can be intimidating, literally within ten minutes I knew I had found the right team and the right doctor to meet my health care needs.
