I had never been seen by Dr. Charbanneau before but I really needed an appointment as soon as possible. He has such a great calming manner and listened so carefully to my concerns. I felt a great deal of confidence in his care, so much so that I am going to request that I switch to him for my primary care.

Dr. C is a very good listener. I feel comfortable during my visits to discuss all health issues. He make me feel like I am part of the decision making. I don't phone the office, as asked in the survey. I use My Chart. You should change your survey to "call the office or use My Chart". I love My Chart. I get test results before the Team has looked at them, so I'm prepared with questions when they call.

Doctor Charbonneau is an excellent caring provider that I feel very fortunate to have in our small town. I am very grateful for his services to both my self & for my Wife as well!

I am very happy with Dr, Charbonneau and my care team. Dr. C went over test results and we went over several issues I was concerned about. He was able to clarify my questions and he will be doing some follow up tests looking for answers to my issues.

Without question, Dr. Charbonneau is knowledgeable, compassionate and listens to his patients. I appreciate his approach In treating me as a whole person, not the problems. He doesn't want to just treat the symptom, he discusses finding the cause, I would definitely recommend him and his office.

Quick response & medication prescribed appears to be solving the problem

I always have a good experience in this office, and with Dr. Charbono. That's why I drive 30 miles to get there. All of the Providence providers are first class no mater what office you go to. People who want a goo experience should leave home with a better attitude.

Dr Charbonneau is a great Dr. He has beenmy go to Dr for years. He has referred me to specialists as needed and has helped me with appointments if I need to see a specialist ASAP. If I need more time with him I just schedule itHe is so caring and treats me with the greatest respect. I try to only see him when I know I really need to see him . I have Never heard anyone say that they were dissatisfied with their treatments.
