He suggests actions I can take to improve my health and manage my health issues. He took the time during this visit to address an issue with my foot which I had not mentioned when scheduling my appointment. I consider myself very fortunate to have Dr. Raines-Morris as my General Practitioner.

Dr. Raines-Morris is one of the best, if not the best primary care physician I have seen. He is always up to date on all of my chronic medical problems and actively seeking solutions for improving my physical and mental well-being and quality of life. I have never had a bad experience. In addition, the office staff and nurses always greet me by name and are up to date on my treatment plans.

I love Raines- Morris. He's got considerable knowledge and expertise. We may not always agree on care plans but we respect one another's opinion. There are times when he's gently proved me wrong. He's cleaned up my medical records after consultation with me to make them current. I have several specialists with Providence due to ongoing health conditions. I'd see Raines Morris more but he and other medical personnel are stretched thin. Nevertheless I keep him updated on changes via Mychart so my record is complete. Final word - I am very pleased with my PCP. He's a man who in the words of Clint Eastwood "knows his limitations." And then finds other ways to get me any needed help. A good doctor. Providence needs more like him.

I have always had excellent care from Dr. Raines-Morris and his team. The receptionist's and nurses are very conscientious and are always concerned about my wellbeing. I feel fortunate to have them as my primary caregiver.

Dr. Raines-Morris spent more time than with me than my previous PCP ever did. It Is evident that he truly cares about his patients and actually looks at medical records when factoring in treatment plans. This is not very common. I'm excited to see him again.

Some questions not answered as this was my first visit w/ Providence Doctor. Neither the doctor or I thought about my current problem (discussed), active inflammation, when ordering a Covid vaccine. The vaccine pretty much knocked me out for a day, I think timing was poor. Overall a great visit.

Dr Raines-Morris was a breath of fresh air, and a primary I would like have instead of the one I have now. He was professional and kind. He explained things, and was open to hear what I had to say without judgement.
