It was my first visit with Dr Rueppel, as my husband and I are new to the Warrenton/Astoria area. She is extremely kind and generous with her time and knowledge. I never felt rushed; she has a wonderful way about her. Dr Rueppel answered all my questions, giving me good advice and helpful suggestions. I enjoyed my visit with her because of all that I mentioned, but also because I felt comfortable with her. From the moment she entered the room with a big smile until my appointment was over, I felt relaxed and very well cared for. All my concerns were addressed beautifully. Her medical assistant was wonderful, too, as well as the person who checked me in and the one who checked me out and made my next appointment. I look forward to seeing her and her team again in six months and receiving what I know is the best possible care.

This was my first visit and the service was excellent.

She was very attentive, familiar with my situation, empathetic. I wish I would have established with her months ago. This was a first visit to establish care.

I was there for a minor procedure (a shave biopsy). The wait time was a little long because mine was the last appointment before lunch and they had had a busy morning (not unexpected - Dr Rueppel schedules procedures right before the lunch break so she will not be rushed by upcoming appointments). She took plenty of time to make sure I was comfortable with the procedure and the after-care instructions. She is personable, but also very professional.

She is always very kind. She listens to me without judgement and treats me with respect.

When I first met Dr Reuppel, I had essentially, just fired my previous PCP for never knowing my conditions and often, not even knowing my name or the seriousness of some of my health issues. I couldn't find a provider locally, but I found her in Astoria after a coworker suggested I try her. To be honest, I chose her in particular because I read in her bio that she was a polyglot. After I saw her the first time, I learned she hadn't been a dr very long. It concerned me a bit, but I quickly discovered that it made her more willing than most physicians to look up new information. I loved that she didn't put up a front, pretending she knew everything. I had a problem with my feet after a couple months In a coma. I saw a dr In the ICU who didn't listen to me and he was one of those doctors who think they know everything. He didn't take my concerns seriously and without even looking at me said everythig would improve, so, "dont . As a result, I developed permanent feet problems which have been hugely detrimental. The reason I'm adding this is because it's an example of what someone unwilling to She quickly became my favorite doctor ever. When the staff at her old office told me I'd have to choose a new dr because she was leaving, I immediately tried to find out whether she was packing up and moving away from here or she was going to stay in this area. When the girls at the front desk of her previous employer told me she was joining Providence, I called Seaside hospital and told them I wanted her as my PCP. I believe I was scheduled for an appointment with her before she was even done with training there. She has always made me comfortable, informed and remembered me and my health issues. I'm so glad to have her as my doctor. Before I knew she was staying local, my girl and I had talked about whether I'd keep her as my dr if she went to work in Portland. She and I decided it was worth the drive to keep her.

I really appreciate the time and care that Dr. Rueppel Takes with me. She always listens and asks follow up questions. It is the best overall care I have possibly ever received from a doctor.
