Meeting a new doctor is a very emotional experience for me and I was a bit of a mess leading up to my appointment last Monday. Dr. Austin and the whole crew were a dream come true. I felt respected and heard the moment I walked through the door. It honestly felt like a spa version of "going to the doctor". I actually called people to tell them it was a great experience. Well, I called the people who knew I was super nervous. Five stars.

I walked away from this appointment feeling very dismissed. I felt like she viewed the appointment as a waste of time and I felt embarrassed for scheduling even though I felt the concern was urgent and effecting my daily life.

This was my first appointment with Meganne. We recently moved from Western Washington to Richland and it took 3 months for me to get in for a new patient scheduled appointment. Other than the time that it took to get a schedule, it was a pleasant experience. Meganne was awesome and I was impressed with her.

I am between doctors and had sustained a concussion. I was not due for my appointment to establish as a patient with Meghan until March, but she was able to see me as an emergency visit.

Meganne listens carefully and takes her time deciding a best course of action. She will spend time researching if she needs to understand the problem. She is always available via my chart messages and always patient with this patient. I appreciate the care I receive from her.

Meganne is consistently the best Primary Care Provider I have had since moving to the Tri-Cities. She's personable, intelligent, easy to understand, and remembers my particular issues and questions. She's got a great sense of humor and great bedside manner. I would recommend her to anyone. Twice, if the opportunity arose.
