I was glad it was Dr. Droesch that did the surgery on me, he was highly recommended and I had met him one before, he had did surgery on a friend of mine recently, so I had actually met him and talked to him before.

Good informative experience

Dr. Droesch was very kind. He gave me his medical/surgical opinion/decision to my situation, and although it is not what I was hoping for, it was ultimately the best decision for my health and safety. I respect Dr. Droesch greatly. And, if I needed his field of care again, I would go to him again without hesitation. Thank you, Dr. Droesch, for your care, expertise, and understanding. Dr Droesch was easy to talk to, very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything is easy to understand terms. I would highly recommend Dr Droesch.

This Dr really was thorough in explaining everything and giving me the pros and cons . He was very up to date with information that was useful to my concerns and happy to provide a solution that I could use to alleviate my pain and suffering. Surgery was not an option for me however instead of sending me out without solutions he explained in detail all my options and still cared for my health and improvement. He was courteous and professional but still reflected a care for me as a patient . I can tell he truly has a heart for his patients . The whole office had a really cheerful friendly atmosphere . It was a joy to visit .

Reception, RN's, and physician exhibit care, competency, and compassion. Medical assistant could use some fine tuning in all three of those areas.

All experiences were very professional and very informative. He made me feel at ease and I felt that I could ask anything about my health and He would answer my questions and he made sure that I understood what he explained. I feel very lucky that my family Dr referred him to me.

To me it was an amazing meeting him and he's playing to me everything I wanted to hear. Thank you so much.

All the staff and medical personnel that I encountered on my visit were all kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Droesch was very easy to talk to, answered all my questions and made me feel like he truly cared about my treatment and future outcome. I'm glad that he and his staff will be handling my upcoming surgery and follow up care.

The receptionist was exceptional. Friendly and informative. Dr Droesch was equally so. Dr Droesch was respectful, helpful, and addressed my concerns.

I had seen this doctor back in 2018 when he had done surgery then oh my left breast and so it has now the cancer has now flared back up and he explained to me that this time I would have a mastectomy on my left. He was very caring. Explain things completely put me at ease, so compassionate and caring, but didn't Give me mixed signals, which I appreciated more than anything, and I wanted to make sure that he was gonna do the surgery

He explained everything to me about what was wrong with me and what he planned to do. I feel very confident that the doctor will make good de6abouy my problem.

The caregivers and reception staff in this office were outstanding! From the time we entered the lobby and were met with a friendly smile and greeting. To the MA. To the Doctor. I felt very comfortable and welcome and confident that I was in good hands. The Doctor had already reviewed my previous imaging and test results , and were able to discuss my health in a very knowledgeable manner. Answered my questions and initiated forward plans in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend this office. I had heard good reviews about this office from others, and I was not disappointed.

I believe my dr is very knowledgeable about the specialty I saw him for. I also deeply appreciate his having a Nurse Navigator.

Dr Droesch took the time to explain about the procedure that was preformed and answered the questions I had, all wihile I was interrupting him. He repeated, when asked, for clarification. He also took the time to answer hypothetical questions about the next steps to take in my journey that were of concern.

I was pleasantly surprised at the great experience. FeedbackHallway behind the patient room is right there. I could hear every word from the staff regarding their daily conversations. They need to be very quiet and never discuss any patient info. Doctor was absolutely fabulous.

My experience with Dr Droesch has been very positive! When I was making a decision regarding the extent of surgery needed for my breast cancer, he was respectful when listening to my concerns, and patient when explaining the various options.I am also very happy with the outcome of the surgery he performed, post surgery care, and follow up appointments. Dr. Droesch and staff were very helpful and kind. It is not every day you get told you have breast cancer. I was at ease and asked a few questions. ( I did not have many) My surgery is tomorrow and I know he will take great care of me.
