About Neda D. Jooya
Dr. Neda Jooya completed her medical school and residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in Houston, Texas. After residency, she completed a fellowship in gynecologic oncology at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Jooya joined Providence Cancer Institute as a gynecologic oncologist in August 2022. She sees patients in Portland, Oregon.
In her practice, Dr. Jooya believes in getting to know her patients and looking at the whole person when formulating a treatment plan. She believes in working with her patients as a team to address their cancer diagnosis. Dr. Jooya strives to ensure her patient's voices are heard while providing them with access to the most up-to-date therapies and cutting edge clinical trials.
In her free time, Dr. Jooya enjoys hiking, cooking and spending time with family and friends.

I was recently noted to have metastatic pelvic cancer on imaging. My PCP was able to get me into see Dr. Jooya within 2 business days. Dr Jooya was able to outline a tentative care plan starting with an extensive laparoscopic biopsy that occurred 3 business days later. Within the course of less than a month I have had a biopsy, a port placement procedure and my first round of chemotherapy happen with further solidification of the treatment plan as we go. I feel I am in good hands right now and for that I am grateful.
