She was nice and was explaining everything. Needed a biopsy, not too bad but asked if I was ok. She checked everything.

The appointment was a follow up to a surgery. Both the surgery and the follow up appointment met my expertations.

I was referred to Providence for professional staff who would be able to address a melonoma that I discovered. The staff at Providence had the expertise to address the medical issue and I am thankful for the courtesy and kindness that I experienced during my procedure to remove the melonoma and two office visits to address healing and current health. As this was a cancer follow up, I wasn't sure if I could get help with a probable urinary tract infection. Kristin Wilcox was absolutely wonderful about it. She did a quick urinary analysis and later a culture and sensitivity test. She gave me self care advice and ordered antibiotics that I needed. She saved me making a separate appointment for this and therefore made sure I had quicker care and less running around. She has always been so professional and yet so warm and concerned about both my physical health and my emotional concerns. She's the best!
