My provider's assistant could have more thoroughly reviewed my meds. However the med was thoroughly reviewed with my Nurse Practitioner.

I like her thoroughness!

This is the first time I had seen Michelle, although I've been in the office quite a bit. I found her exceptionally thoughtful, kind, and patient. She has an incredibly passionate soul, and really took the time to explain some very important things to me. Cancer is frightening, and it really is important to have someone that i makes you feel like they have time to spend with you to make sure that you have the knowledge that you need on your questions or answered. I appreciated her demeanor, and kindness.

If all my previous providers at Hematology and Oncology had treated me with the same degree of kindness and respect that Michelle Froh did at my first appointment with her, my overall stress during this treatment would have been so much less.I felt heard and she addressed each issue of concern about treatment and medications. I felt safe talking with her.Previous providers would seem dismissive of my symptoms and side effects and abruptly answer saying "that's not a side effect", even when it was listed in my medication sheets. It made me feel stupid and crazy, like I was bothering them with my concerns and worries. Anxiety and stress are real talking to doctors or going through cancer treatment. No patient needs the added pressure of being treated poorly like we don't matter. Thank you Michelle Froh for being an amazing person and wonderful provider.
