I've had no bad experience so far..Dr. Aung is very accomodating she explains every detail easy to understand..makes sure I get my medications as scheduled never miss a day like my levothyroxine I told her I run out for 4 days and she said that dont happen again

Dr. Aung It was very professional, friendly, sympathetic, and empathetic, and answered all my questions appropriately. She did their properly roles for me really quickly. Provided lab results with recommendations quickly . Glad she's my primary care specialist.

Dr. Aung was a breath of fresh air. She was attentive and didn't rush me, but she was also efficient and knowledgeable. Coming In as a new patient, It was the most helpful appointment I've had in a long time. We have a plan to address my concerns, and I feel optimistic about finding a solution.

Dr Aung is my new PCP. I came to her with issues related to a broken nose as well as Inguinal hernia. She referred me for both surgeries and has completed my annual physical and labs. She followed up with a detailed review of my labs in easy to understand terms. She also takes amazing notes, everything I say ends up in the clinical notes. I'm super happy with my new doctor.

As a new patient, Dr. Aung was friendly and kind. She asked routine questions and offered me the COVID and flu vaccine as well as a breast exam. She also requested release of medical records from a previous provider which is great- other providers ask that you go retrieve those documents yourself which can take a long time. She asked me if I had any specific concerns and referred me to a specialist accordingly. It was a good first experience, thank you.

I was a little worried at first because I normally go to Facey in Santa Clarita relocated closer to the Burbank area and knowing LA is a little bit different because It's more populated with people, every employee was super friendly, so I can definitely say that the experience far exceeded My expectations

Dr Aung was thorough and great.

This was my first time having time to go to the doctor physically in 3 years. The provider I saw today (Dr. Aung) helped me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions. I don't know if they are my primary but I would like to see if I can change to have them be my primary physician from this point on.

It is my first visit w/ a doctor for more than a year. This appointment is accommodating to my needs. The staff are very pleasant and the doctor is very thorough w/ my health concerns. I am grateful to be a patient of theirs.

Everything was great. It was a busy, busy day but I basically had no wait time. Both the doctor and her assistant were very kind and made me feel comfortabl3e and well taken care of.

I change providers. I choose Dr Aung because she is an Internal Medicine Doctor and I am old, and consider her more appropriate for someone like me with a huge medical history. Dr Aung was excellent.
