I'm a new patient and I was impressed with Dr Aung's knowledge and demeanor. The clinic looks to be in good and clean condition. My favorite part of Facey in Burbank is the in-house Lab!! Please don't ever take it away. The ease and convenience of getting a blood test at the doctors clinic makes all the difference in the world. I won't dread getting my annual wellness exam because of this.

Everything -- from appointments, to testing, to provider visits -- is handled very efficiently and professionally. Makes health care easy!

I had some embarrassing issues that she made me feel normal and not judged for. She was sweet and helpful and asked me about any issues I was having. I have only just started seeing her so I don't know her well enough yet but her first greeting was overall positive. Maybe I felt a bit rushed.

Doctor did not seem to listen to my concerns, and offered no help or care for either of my issues.

Wait time was quick, and the dr listened to me. Everyone was friendly. I truly appreciate the ease of getting bloodwork done at this office as well.

My provider is very patient and accommodating to my questions and insights. I am happy with her and the team.

This was my first appointment with Dr Aung and I'm pleased with the visit. Dr Aung prescribed medication and doctors to see for my issues.

Dr. Aung It was very professional, friendly, sympathetic, and empathetic, and answered all my questions appropriately. She did their properly roles for me really quickly. Provided lab results with recommendations quickly . Glad she's my primary care specialist.

Dr. Aung was a breath of fresh air. She was attentive and didn't rush me, but she was also efficient and knowledgeable. Coming In as a new patient, It was the most helpful appointment I've had in a long time. We have a plan to address my concerns, and I feel optimistic about finding a solution.

Dr Aung is my new PCP. I came to her with issues related to a broken nose as well as Inguinal hernia. She referred me for both surgeries and has completed my annual physical and labs. She followed up with a detailed review of my labs in easy to understand terms. She also takes amazing notes, everything I say ends up in the clinical notes. I'm super happy with my new doctor.

I couldn't see the doctor I wanted, but they gave me another doctor and I was very pleased.They were so very nice

As a new patient, Dr. Aung was friendly and kind. She asked routine questions and offered me the COVID and flu vaccine as well as a breast exam. She also requested release of medical records from a previous provider which is great- other providers ask that you go retrieve those documents yourself which can take a long time. She asked me if I had any specific concerns and referred me to a specialist accordingly. It was a good first experience, thank you.

I was a little worried at first because I normally go to Facey in Santa Clarita relocated closer to the Burbank area and knowing LA is a little bit different because It's more populated with people, every employee was super friendly, so I can definitely say that the experience far exceeded My expectations

Dr Aung was thorough and great.

This was my first time having time to go to the doctor physically in 3 years. The provider I saw today (Dr. Aung) helped me feel very comfortable, answered all my questions. I don't know if they are my primary but I would like to see if I can change to have them be my primary physician from this point on.
