I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and having my concerns addressed.

I highly appreciate Dr. Israel Hernandez-Arce listened to my request In terms of the volume and frequency of my medication refill and also not changing or Increasing my dosage which I am expecting to be exactly the same medication name and the same lowest dosage ever since I started this medication way back 2016 when I was still with Kaiser Permanente.

As a new patient to this provider I felt listened to and he took the time to explain everything in detail instead of assuming as other doctors in the office have, even for routine appointments.

I called to see my Primary care Dr but she wasn't available, so they gave me another Dr. This Doctor was very attentive and competent, and I am satisfied with my service.

Dr Hernandez was great with my mother. He spoke Spanish to her, which was good because she was able to understand and ask questions.

Everything was quite pleasant and was a bit concerned seeing a new Doctor at first, but Dr Hernandez was a great listener, and I felt quite comfortable with him. I really want to acknowledge nurse Irene who was so pleasant and friendly.
