I like Dr kontono. He was kind, helpful and very patient. He listened to me and took care of my problems. I don't mind seeing him again

This was my first visit with this doctor. He was professional, polite, and thorough. Clerical staff entered erroneous info on my chart and also handed me another patient's paperwork. Gave to PA to return.

I'm a new patient, meeting my doctor for the first time. I have several health problems and the doctor has acted in my concerns promptly.

Originally scheduled a telehealth visit because I felt too sick to leave the house. That appointment was easy to schedule. I then received a call moments later asking if I could come into the office. I was hesitant to go in but the lady of the phone mentioned that Dr. Kantono wanted to run some "tests" based off of my symptoms. I hesitantly agreed to come in. Dr. Met with us quickly, which was nice. He asked a bunch of questions, checked breathing and stomach sounds, and referred us to the ER without running any "tests". We only met with him for what felt like ~10-15 minutes; this could have easily been a telehealth call. He was worried that I may have had a "life threatening" illness but in the end, it was just a stomach virus that's been going around :/ I appreciate the concern but felt like I wasted hospital resources over a stomach bug. Overall, just an ok experience
