The provider provided excellent bedside manner, answered all my questions she was patient with me and I felt like she went the extra mile When I asked for a test, that's not included in routine check ups I hadn't seen a doctor in forever and she made going back the best experience possible

Dr. Poudel is the best doctor I have ever had. She is informative proactive available kind doctor I have ever had.

The provider told me my time was up and refused to address my medical issues. She told me to make an appointment with my primary care physician. I felt disrespected and disregarded as if my illness doesn't mattered to her.

All doctor visits have been good for the most part, but one receptionist was very rude to patients in check in. I did not get her name. But she was very impatient with patients.

I really like the services that I have received at this clinic since starting on 2021. I like how when I walk in the clinic there are no lines and no patients sitting for hours . There are enough staff to help at the front desk. The clinicians are very thoroughly and they do not rush when providing you the services. I am very pleased with the services since coming here in 2021.
