First time seeing Dr and she was professional and willing to listen to my issues and made me feel very comfortable with my treatment. Was concerned about seeing new Dr but after visit I decided to stay with Providence manhattan beach and look into changing insurance. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my visit.

This was the first time this primary care physician was seeing me for my yearly physical because the previous doctor from the practice had left the practice. This doctor listened carefully to my concerns and gave me the usual self care advice. I was specifically having problems with eczema and she admitted that she didn't know how to treat my condition. She took the time however to photograph my eczema and send the pictures to a dermatologist with Providence for consultation. The dermatologist answered timely and sent a prescription to my pharmacy. His direction was to follow up in a month if the cream did not solve the problem. I've since used the prescribed cream and my eczema has cleared up. I was due for some routine labs and vaccines at this yearly appointment and I appreciate that Dr. Fong took into consideration my current eczema flare up and agreed with me that perhaps waiting a few months until I didn't have inflammation to get the vaccines and labs is a good idea.

I was glad that the doctors had very good instruments to take care of the problem I was having. Also the doctor was very skilled in using the instrument.

Dr. Fong is extremely knowledgable of the my medical history and is up to date on my medications. She is aware and works in conjunction with my specialists to provide me with any services/care I might need outside of her specialty. The office staff is pleasant and efficient. I am extremely pleased to receive care from this practitioner and her staff.

It was my first appointment with the doctor. Very good experience and was able to get an MRI very quickly after the appointment. Any questions I've had since the visit have been answered in a very timely manner.
