You need to know that you have an amazing team. Everyone from the receptionist who took my information at the lab for my blood draw, the phlebotomist, the receptionist at the Dr. Office, the nurse, and of course the doctor were all awesome and kind and professional and seemed to really care about me - and this was just a routine physical. With gratitude.

I appreciate the care Dr Acharya provides to me. He is helpful on MyChart. I have no complaints. I hope he stays at his practice for many years. My husband goes to him too.

Tried to reflect this in my answers, the provider is great but he isn't given enough time to provide superior care. He simply needs more time than the system allows him.

This time when dr checked my swelling he found that the medicine dosage the PA had changed was not effective enough so since I have heart failure, he is very careful about that and changed the dosage to help the fluid retention. He is very smart and also really nice and kind. He keeps a good eye on the effects of the medicine I am taking and has my blood checked when I start new medicines and while I am taking medicines. Under his care I have reduced pain in my leg that was pretty terrible. Now we are working on reducing my overweight status and he is doing that in such a way that does not make me feel bad about myself, but for my heart condition. I am 83 and I credit the doctors and techs at St. Patrick, Providence for getting me there.
