Dr. A. Smith is a wonderful practitioner. I am so sorry that she is leaving! I hope I an find a "replacement" doctor that I care for as much.

Dr. Smith is the ideal doctor. She listens and responds with knowledge, care and compassion. I am very sorry to hear of her leaving the practice and wish her all the best.

Dr. Smith is an exceptional physician as are the nursing staff who work with her.

This was a good experience. The only comment I have is that at check in I was the only one in line and all the people at the desks were glued to the computers. I stood for several minutes waiting for them to look up and acknowledge me. They were very helpful and friendly when I went through the registration process.

Dr Smith answered all my questions about my health concerns. She also cleaned my ears.

Experiences with my health care provider have always been very positive.

My experience was good. No problems. Treatment will be provided in steps.

She always asks about anything new that may come up with my health. If I have questions, she answers then or researchs and sends me the results.
