Andrea R. Smith, MD

My care provider, Dr Andrea Smith, has been the best. I understand she will not be providing care at Providence and I wish you could do the things necessary for her to continue practicing at Providence. As an 83 year old, I appreciate her expertise in the gerontology field. She also, took time to go over any issue I had and at times got me in to see her on a nonscheduled time if I had an issue that could not wait until a next scheduled appointment.

Dr. Smith has always spent more than enough time to make me feel comfortable about any condition for which I was being seen. I'm sad she Is leaving and thankful she helped me to sign up with a provider she felt would match my concerns regarding my health.

Dr. Smith is amazing. She REALLY listens and cares. She takes the time to hear me and explains in words I can understand. She ALWAYS makes me feel comfortable and cared for. I trust her with my health and she shows she wants to help.

Every experience I have had with Dr. Smith has been amazing. I'm EXTREMELY sad to see her leave

She has been an exceptional provider, very compassionate, qualified and kind. Unfortunately she is leaving this practice for unknown to me personal reasons, I wish her well.

Dr. Smith is an exceptional physician as are the nursing staff who work with her.

Dr. Smith is the ideal doctor. She listens and responds with knowledge, care and compassion. I am very sorry to hear of her leaving the practice and wish her all the best.

This was a good experience. The only comment I have is that at check in I was the only one in line and all the people at the desks were glued to the computers. I stood for several minutes waiting for them to look up and acknowledge me. They were very helpful and friendly when I went through the registration process.

Dr Smith answered all my questions about my health concerns. She also cleaned my ears.

Dr Smith has been SO helpful to me. She listens carefully when I have a medical issue, coordinates well with my oncologist, and is very knowledgeable regarding the health issues I'm dealing with. I really trust her and consider myself lucky to have such a supportive and well-informed doctor.

My experience was good. No problems. Treatment will be provided in steps.

She always asks about anything new that may come up with my health. If I have questions, she answers then or researchs and sends me the results.
