Everyone was attentive to my needs & took an interest in what was going on. Angel made my appointment because of what was going on the same day I called. Dr Sheehan tryed to get me help asap & to give me an indication as to what was going. He ordered Lab work to be done asap witch was the next day due to the late appointment. Then he called me on his day off with the results & ordered my meds that day. That to me is great service & care. I called back to thank him & his staff for the help & service.

I haven't had a reason for a visit for a while, so was no need to be in touch with Dr. Sheehan. When I needed to see him, I was brought in as requested. He made arrangements for me to get the tests done to hopefully find an answer to my issues. I trust his judgement.

Dr. Sheehan was able to discover the cause of a very serious issue with regarding a behavioral problem that was caused by prednisone.

Dr. Sheehan does not have a very good "bedside manner" at times. He did not read enough of my record of previous visits to help him remember my currrent health issues. I think he knows his "stuff" but seems too busy to take much time with me. Maybe it's our understaffed health care system at fault.

The survey asked about "phone" to provider. I actually used MyChart a couple times to pass along info or ask questions. Each time, Doc Sheehan responded promptly.

Excellent provider

I was able to get in to see Dr. Sheehan quickly and he understood my problem and took the necessary measures to figure out what was needed, ordered an x-ray which was completed immediately and then was sent to him, he reviewed it and gave his opinion, but said we should wait for the technician to read it. Dr. Sheehan called me the next day with the results and a plan of action. Thanks to his care I am now recovered with a minimum of appointments and fuss.
