I was impressed with the fact that Chelane Fackenthall was able to discuss my particular case with detailed knowledge of my history, was willing to listen to my concerns, offered options and was reasonable about setting future options. She was also extremely patient and kind which is not always easy because I tend to be very detail-oriented and will discuss my concerns until I understand exact details and nuances of what we are discussing.

She was great and let my daughter be looped in by cell phone. She explained everything in layman's terms very well. She has an easy way about her and seems to care about her. Patients.
