Dr. Ragenauth is one of the best doctors we have been to. She is thorough, explains everything we need to know about my health, she is patient and kind. She is one of the best doctors we have encountered. We are very lucky to have her as our neurologist.

I hope there is no retaliation from this survey. I need a neurologist and there are so few of them. It takes forever to get an appointment. I cannot have my identity known. However, this doctor was not respectful to me when I had a question that somehow she thought was obvious. She in effect scolded me for asking a question "didn't you hear I already went over that, I showed you that?" and several similar comments. It made me hesitant to ask more questions, although I did anyway.Then she was disparaging about my cardiologist and kept asking why he prescribed a medicine.I thought of maybe not saying this on the survey but then I thought of other patients who might be afraid to speak up, so I am telling you. She was impatrient, scolding and condescending. Not a good experience. But I NEED a neurologist so please please relay information in a way that she doesn't know it was me.

No bad experiences.

1st visit and was put at ease right away as she explained and questioned clearly what was going on with me and prescribed medication on a trial basis to see if it will agree with me. I was very happy with this visit.

I was very impressed with this Dr and felt it was worth the wait, but not happy with the wait of over 6 months to get in. Otherwise I love this Doctor, so professional yet compassionate and understanding.

The wait time to get this appointment was 8 months. Fortunately, the provider I saw was wonderful.
