Ms Urdal was very short with me today, she seemed offended by our nurse accompanying me on this visit.

PA Urdahl is truly exceptional. She has an outstanding bedside manner, listens with genuine care, and never rushes appointments. I always feel heard, respected, and valued, and she addresses all my concerns while offering thoughtful, solution oriented options for my migraine care. She is knowledgeable, factual, and compassionate, and if she doesn't immediately have an answer, she takes the time to find one. She has gone above and beyond for me. I trust her and am deeply grateful for her kindness and expertise. She has been a stark and refreshing contrast to previous healthcare experiences.
