Ara S. Wilson, PAC

The care I got from Ara Wilson and her associates was great. They were very interested in what I wanted to achieve in getting better from an injury and provided all the support to do that, and were VERY encouraging. Something I worried a bit about before my first visit as I'm 67 and might be thought of as too old for much rehab. I'm very active and that' very very important to me and Ara was 1000% supportive. That meant so very much to me. I've already recommended this practice to several friends. Thank you!

All was exemplary hospitality, although I did have to initiate the first call to schedule a follow up visit.

PA Wilson was so helpful and skilled, explaining what had happened to my knee and what the course of getting better was going to look like. She had lots of information and presented it clearly, gave me time to take notes and sort out clarifications to make sure I understood. She set me up with people to help me with my knee brace, how to use it. She helped me so much, not just the physical aspects but also to understand enough to help me emotionally to process the in jury and recovery plan. Excellent.

Great visit, address my concerns

I actually took a caught being good card because I wanted to provide feedback. But I have not filled It out yet. When the nurse took me back she was so nice and made me feel comfortable that she went through my med list. Then Ara came in and she listened to me, talked about my history, and took my history into account. That does not always happen! She was so nice. I felt that she gave me a thorough exam. Then she sat and talked to me about what she thought my issue was and explained my treatment options completely. She really took her time to actually talk to me and explain at my level without making me feel incompetent. We had a dialogue about what I felt was reasonable. Then she gave me clear instructions on what I should do and sent me home with a list of exercises that would help my situation. I cannot tell you how wonderfully refreshing my visit was. I truly hope that this feedback will get to their management and placed on a board where the staff can see it.
