Everything went smoothly for this visit. I especially noticed that any staff I had contact with was friendly and seemed to have a positive approach to their work.

Dr. Buchanan really takes the time to listen and understand my concerns and issues, I highly recommend her!

Positive experience

Nothing bad to report. Dr. Buchanan was very nice, easy to talk to, and very knowledgeable. She shared information and gave me options, to see what would be the best treatment plan for me to start on.She also made sure staff helped me schedule a follow up appointment, so she can assess if my treatment plan is working or not.

Well I am pleased with my opp with my obgyn. She listen ,as well as gave me good advice as needed .very Happy.

My previous gyn of many years, Dr. Henderson, retired and my general doc referred me to Dr. B. Based on the limited positive reviews of this doctor, I expected to receive a bit more time with her. I understand it was just a yearly exam and pap but I felt as a new patient, sitting down for a quick discussion and past history would have been nice. I saw in her bio that she had a special interest in menopause and that made me think it was a good fit and thought maybe that's why my general doc referred me to her. However, there was nothing discussed or asked about how I was doing post menopause etc. I felt she was rushed through the exam and never sat down. None of this is really a big issue, as I know doctors are busy and there's always a next time too. I do feel I received good medical care overall, just not as personal as I expected or would have liked. I am encouraged by other patients positive experiences and have no problem coming back to see Dr. B for any issues or routine visits. Pap results came back quickly and that helped with the usual worries. The facility is comfortable, looks nice and very easy to access. Super friendly staff! Thanks for everything.

My provider didn't listen to my questions and the appointment felt rushed

Provider is kind & thorough for a rather uncomfortable exam. Would like to see a more integrative approach to HRT, as there doesn't seem to be anyone in the Providence/St Jude Medical Group who specializes in this area.

Very pleased to get an appt as soon as I did. I did not have any bad experiences, I would like to have had more time. I have a hearing problem, and am older , takes more time for me to digest what is being said.

Dr. Buchanan was attentive and answered my questions. She also recommended that I follow up with a dermatologist to take a closer look at mole she seemed a little concerned with.

Dr. Buchanan is great. She always treats me well and makes sure my questions and concerns are followed up. We often interact virtually via my charts. I always get a response either from her directly or from her medical assistants, which I really appreciate. Sometimes I have to follow up with an extra message but it's never a problem because my concerns are handled well.

She was courteous, listened attentively, answered my questions in a manner I could understand.

This visit was a referral for a follow up issue. The doctor listened to my concerns and I was advised she would be in contact with my results via portal and/or phone.

My care provider was professional, helpful, and very nice. I felt like I could comfortably tell her what was going on, and she addressed all the questions I asked her without giving me overwhelmingly long information. She was clear and gave me helpful advice.

All of the staff are super friendly. I checked in for my appointment and was taken back early. The provider was very thorough and I was still able to leave before my appointment time.
