I appreciate that the doctor was on time on the day of the appointment and I didn't have to wait. My appointment was at 9 and I was out the door by 9:15. However, I had to wait awhile for the appointment when I scheduled it.

Dr. Hawkins has been great. She's guided me through every step of my high risk pregnancy and is very responsive. I'm very appreciative of the care she provided.

Very good physicians

Dr. Hawkins had excellent bedside manner in conveying bad news. I felt seen and heard. I was given space to process. I received a quick response to my electronic message. All my concerns were addressed quickly and sufficiently. All the staff were extremely empathetic, and I felt taken care of physically and mentally.

When I made this appointment, I explained I need an annual woman's exam. I thought I would be seeing a doctor for women, in general. But this doctor was only concerned with my uterus and conception, although she performed a breast exam. She explained I need a primary care doctor. I was confused. I thought she might be my doctor. I left with three referrals. This Dr. Does not care about the whole picture of me. She specifically said she did not read my chart because it was 80 pages. I'm concerned and I hope a different primary care doctor will care about the whole of me. When I asked questions about a mucus concern, she told me she wouldn't be able to answer that because it had nothing to do with my uterus. I think if my fluids in my throat are problematic, my fluids in my body could be problematic too. It's confusing that I need a primary care doctor and a uterus-centric doctor. This was not a good visit and felt like a waste of time.

Dr Hawkins and her team are so welcoming. The MAs that roomed me and Dr Hawkins were very nice and personable. Overall amazing care at Dr Hawkins office.

The provider listened to my concerns and explained medical results in a comprehensive way. The provider offered me reassurance that I did not need to worry about abnormal Pap results and checked for visual abnormalities. Although I wished the provider also administered a new pap test to gain clarity about the Initial abnormal results, I was able to accept this because the provider did not seem concerned.

She is always respectful, listens and provides referrals if necessary.

Very attentive doctor and very personable

Dr. Hawkins is an excellent provider, not only possessing great expertise but also demonstrating deep compassion.

As a patient, I feel overt judgement has no place when seeking care from a provider. Even if a provider does not understand or agree with ones personal decisions, they can approach that without judgement and remain kind, respectful and understanding while also giving professional advice about why they may feel something should be done differently. Both times I have seen this provider I received a high level of judgment for my choices regarding birth control. I am making informed decisions about my body that I feel should be respected by my provider, and not something I should be judged for. I would recommend this provider works on her facial reactions and judgement responses when a patient is communicating something she does not agree with.

I truly have not many doctors that I liked, but Dr. Hawkins broke that mold. She was kind, caring, knowledgeable and took great care in explaining my condition and the options out there for treatment. I appreciated her professionalism.

The initial call to schedule the appointment with Dr. Hawkins' office went smoothly. However, when I logged into the online portal, my name was spelled incorrectly and I was unable to fix it on the website, which you should enable insureds/patients to do so. I don't know how this was possible because I even spelled out my name for the receptionist who took the call. Was able to fix it on day of appointment, but now my records contain my full name, instead of my preferred name, which all my prior medical records follow. Other than this issue, it was a satisfactory experience and am grateful to have found a good women's care center. Also, learned that women in my age range do not need an annual pap smear, but every 3-5 years, which I only learned from Dr. Hawkins.
