This was a pre-op visit with my surgeon's physicians assistant to prepare me for a total knee replacement surgery schedule for this week. PA Wong was clearly very knowledgeable about what the surgery involves, and made me feel very calm and prepared for what lies ahead, both in the surgery and the recovery period to follow. I had a lot of questions and she answered them all thoroughly and with respect and patience. It could not have gone better.
