Dr Mark Mikhael is amazing , He is the best !!

I went to Dr. Mikhael to find out if I broke my toe. Xray confirmed I did. When it was OSS, I would get an X-ray first and then see the doctor. Now, I had to see him, get X-ray, and go back. It wasted my time as well as the doctor's time. Also, it was more walking for me when my foot hurt. I have two friends who told me the same thing about apt taking more time. One has a hip injury and she doesn't like having to walk more. The other has an ankle injury and says the same thing.

Everything has been a good experience.

I love that the Dr offered other things to use for pain that is not prescribed medication! Like Tumeric and cherry tart juice!

Need to rate the nurse. Didn't get his name but he was great, efficient and nice! I almost had second thoughts about the appt after reading some Yelp reviews but relieved I went. Doctor is not chatty but that's fine with me. He focused on the issue and alleviated my concern that I might have injured myself. Relationship of the office with imaging provider was also on point - timely and efficient.

Most people in this office are respectful and professional. There are a few that make you feel like you're burdening them and have a difficult time smiling and being polite. Something easily worked on I would imagine treat all patients with kindness and respect.

Dr. Mark Mikeal is the worst doctor I have ever seen. He is abrupt, rude and makes you feel like you are a bother. He was a referral from my regular doctor. He hadn't reviewed anything (my report) and wasn't prepared. He didn't get my scan with the report which he would have known if he was prepared. My husband and I asked most of the questions which is the only reason we got any information at all from this doctor. We'd ask "what do you recommend" he'd reply with things like "I don't make recommendations". He wasn't helpful at all! So disappointed!

He was direct, warm, and friendly. He addressed all our questions and concerns.

Everything was excellent!! Im very happy !!

Doctor McHaile was thoruough in explaining the results of the x-rays. He also answered the questions I had in relation to the injury to my foot and ankle.

Provider gave me options to consider re: diagnosis.

My doctor is extremely knowledgeable, very professional, an excellent surgeon; however, he isn't very personable and always seems to be in a hurry. I've been seeing him for two and a half years, and he's always been this way, but it just feels a little cold.

Dr. Mikael was polite, professional, and focused on me, the patient. The x-ray techs were also terrific.

The care was top notch!!!
