About Omar F. Duenes
Omar Duenes is a Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) in the state of California. He completed his undergraduate degree at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He then went onto Western University to complete a two-year Masters Degree at Western University, followed by a one-year postgraduate residency program in Orthopaedics at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Mr. Duenes received his license as an Orthopaedic PA In 2005. After his training, Mr. Duenes immediately went into the field of orthopedics where he worked with many orthopedic doctors in the Inland Empire. Mr. Duenes is a member of California Academy of Physician Assistants and American Academy of Physician Assistants.

As with all of my doctors, Dr.Shahin Yacoubian is also on the top of my list!..Why?..Because he is on top of the game..Doctor Yacoubian performed my first hip replacement so eloquently..I was thrilled by the amazing job he did with my hip..I expect the same with my upcoming surgery for the other hip!.. I live in Northern California and was in Burbank for my sister's surgery. During the night, the calcific tendonitis in my shoulder flared up and I was in excruciating pain. I called Providence Orthopedics in Burbank and they were able to make an immediate appointment for me. Omar understood what was happening and gave me the cortisone and NSAID shots in my arm that offerred immediate grateful. I am expremely grateful for the great care I received from the person who took my call, to the front desk person, to the PA. Thank you!
